EMANCIPATE YOURSELF FROM MENTAL SLAVERY
– Marcus Garvey & Bob Marley
Dr. Hamilton has consulted with hundreds of athletes, scholars and organizations and has seen how those who have gone through the “Mental Strength Development training” have gone on to excel and taken their performance to the next level, physically, personally, emotionally and sometimes spiritually as well.
Dr. Hamilton has consulted with the number one competitors in various sports world wide. He has found that even when you are number one in the world in your sport you are not there forever and there is always another level that you will want to attain or transition into retirement.
Little late, but I wanted to extend a big THANK YOU to @DrjsHamilton for helping with my journey to the Rio Olympics…You are as great a person as you are a sports psychologist.
I agree with Dr. Hamilton that the difference between a good athlete and a great athlete is their Mental Strength.
Thank you my Fraternity Brother Dr. Jason Scott Hamilton for all your help while I played for the Miami Heat and the help with my nephew, our newest Fraternity Brother…also congratulations again on winning your Universitities Highest Award, the Torch Award.
